Individual Consultation

Individual consultations are available for people who want to talk about ways to simplify their lives or discover their passions. People may have concerns about such things as dealing with the anxiety evoked by change, talking to friends and family members about their ideas, or they may just want to get feedback on some of their ideas. Certainly talking with someone always helps you clarify your thoughts. The fee for these sessions is on a sliding scale and could involve the barter of services or products.

Workshops

Any of the workshop topics that are listed can be tailored for individual groups and organizations. Workshops are, of course, highly participatory. People’s participation is elicited by the use of congenial small groups of 3-4, by basing the issues on real life experience, and by the use of humor.

But group participation is only part of the workshop. People expect a certain amount of information from the workshop leader as well. Pre-workshop surveys will be used to discover participants’ particular concerns.

Study Circles Organization

Study circles are a good way to ensure that the gains from workshops are not lost. Study circles allow participants to continue to discuss and take action on issues discussed in the workshops. Study circles allow people to continue to grow and change.

The training for the study circles can occur during the workshops.
