Workshops
Any of the workshop topics that are listed can be tailored for
individual groups and organizations. Workshops are, of course, highly
participatory. Peoples participation is elicited by the use of
congenial small groups of 3-4, by basing the issues on real life
experience, and by the use of humor.
But group participation is only part of the workshop. People expect a
certain amount of information from the workshop leader as well.
Pre-workshop surveys will be used to discover participants particular
concerns.
Further, the workshops are always concluded with a plan of action.
People leave the workshop with their individual plans for follow up.

Study Circles Organization
Study circles are a good way to ensure that the gains from workshops are
not lost. Study circles allow participants to continue to discuss and
take action on issues discussed in the workshops. Study circles allow
people to continue to grow and change.
The training for the study circles can occur during the workshops.
